16/365 Discovering and Re-discovering

This was not taken today or yesterday. But I am glad that this photo was taken last January 20 of 2007 (thanks to Flickr for that info), I posted it for my 17^th photo of my Project 365 because, well I discover Lightroom 3 (beta) and downloaded it for free and I can use it until April.

And Lightroom 3 rediscover this photo when I started to import my photos from my computer, isn’t that amazing? (lol!)I completely forgot some photos on my computer, but the software has prompted me that I have 5442 photos, all in all, sitting on my laptop, that reminds me that I need to back up those files, just in case I will have a problem, you know computers.

By the way, I am giving Lightroom 3 a two thumbs up, have to explore it more though.

15/365 I was out

I was out. We went to the gym and there’s no way for me to take photos inside the Gym (unless I will use my iPhone). I saw a tree just outside the gym, there are no leaves but there’re a lot of fruits hanging on its branches, I am guessing they are wild berries.

Just guessing. I said I will take photos of those bunches of berries, but it was dark outside when we left the gym. I am not so lucky tonight.

My desk and it’s all in a mess. At a workplace, you have plans like doing your task for the day. Just to be productive, oh well a workplace you have no choice but to be productive, or else you’ll be out of job.

In my case, I have no work, I’m unproductive, useless. Except of course if I start to move my butt and finish my laundry or clean up the room. Get dressed, read books, go outside and take a walk.

I’d better get going and leave the mess, or better yet cleans this mess.

OR BETTER YET, GO AND FIND A JOB!

He asked me one night why I keep on looking to some photos of people I just met on the street and not of my family (my family includes him and our two puppies). Of course he was just kidding, or maybe with a little hint of jealousy because I do my photo viewing late at night, just in time for bed. Half truth-half jokes, the way I interpret all jokes.

But this guy and of course our two puppies are always be the subject of my “photography”, and I am glad when there’s a time that he’s a willing victim of my passion.

I cheat. This photo was not taken today, I took it when we were at the Meadowview. I will try to go out starting tomorrow or just look around inside the house, I know there’s something to see everywhere.

12/365 – my first winter – a treasure hunt

I have to admit that project 365 is hard to sustain especially if I can’t find the time to take photos. Sometimes I want to climb out of the van just to get an interesting subject but sometimes you know that you can find it right in your computer. Old files that you can definitely tweak. A treasure hunt.

I just joined in a photo discussion. I re-created this photo -my first winter, taken last 2007 – into another feeling, not bland anymore, or so I thought.

10/365 – Goodbye Meadowview

Today was Anthony’s younger sister’s moving day, she and her family are back to Barrie City. We went to their place, which are only a few minutes away from Toronto. It was fun, traveling along hi-way 400 is always fun to me.
If you see movies were is lead roles dancing to the upbeat music playing on the radio while traveling down the hi-way, we also do that.

After helping the rest on loading Kelly’s stuff, I decided to take photos around the corner with black and white setting and tweak it into Polaroid.

Me too, is planning to move. I mean, I’ll get a new domain name for this project 365 blog. I want to do that pretty real soon.

9/365 – be creative

It’s rather late for my project 9/365 post because in a few minutes, I should be posting my tenth photo. Anyhow, this photo was taken at Creative Cafe yesterday noon. One of the unusual days and I am praying so hard that everyday should be like this, like visiting places where I can see the creativity of every person I meet and be inspired with the talents of those people whose running the place.

I’m sure I’ll be back to this place.
